30-Day Returns
In-stock vehicles can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the vehicle is in its original condition with all included accessories.
Custom Builds
Custom builds are produced specifically to your specifications and are not eligible for return once production has begun, unless the vehicle arrives damaged or doesn't match the approved quote.
How to Start a Return
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and arrange pickup of the vehicle.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned vehicle, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your vehicle arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
